Short description of the motivation and research interest:
This year, the target audience of our course is primarily represented by graduate, master, and PhD students. Attending the course is free of charge!
German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) has granted support for students from outside Cluj Napoca, either in Romania or in other Balkan countries. Hence, we offer up to 30 scholarships covering accommodation (6 nights from Sunday, October 5, until Saturday, October 11, including half board) as well as some subsidy for travel expenses (depending on the actual cost). Students who want to apply for this support should mention it in their registration email and give some estimate of their travel cost. In case of an application for support, we need your registration email not later than August 15. With these scholarships, we want to especially encourage students from outside Cluj Napoca to take this chance of some training in a highly relevant and up-to-date field of research.
Applications will be taken into account based on a first-come-first-served strategy and some regional balancing. If you know someone who might be interested in taking part as well, please inform him or her!
